Sports Champions Disc Golf includes 18 distinct "holes". These can be grouped into several "mini-courses" of 3 to 9 holes each, or played as an entire 18-hole course. Each hole includes a unique combination of distance, hazards, fairway design and pin placement. In addition, the holes are grouped into three different terrains: forest (the park), mountains, and snowscape.

Each of these holes has three different tees for different skill levels: a bronze tee, a silver tee, and a gold tee. The easier tee, bronze, has shorter distance and fewer challenges to cross or navigate.
